From the picturesque vineyards of France to the sun-kissed landscapes of Australia, my journey in viticulture has been nothing short of extraordinary. It all began with my studies at the renowned Lycée Viticole de Beaune, where my passion for wine blossomed into a lifelong pursuit.

With routes tailored to all levels of fitness and ability, our hikes provide a perfect balance of physical activity and relaxation.
STAY
Our two cottages, located in Ebaty and Chassagne, offer idyllic getaways in the heart of Burgundy. The Ebaty cottage, nestled in a rural setting, provides a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, accommodating up to 8 guests. Meanwhile, the Chassagne cottage charms with its picturesque appeal and warm ambiance, perfect for groups of up to 6 people. Featuring comfortable accommodations and modern amenities.
