Forgot to mention, as the certifcation costs have changed since I last updated this, be sure to check the costs of your own templates (if you have made any). The current default templates should be ok now. Also, please mail me if you have template ideas :-)

Well, I know its been a LONG time, but I finally got around to updating the calculator for all the latest changes. I'm really sorry it took so long, i've just been crazy busy (and its still not much better now, but I just thought I needed to get this done). As usual, please let me know if you find any bugs or whatever :-) Thanks.

A note to current users. You will need to use ALL the new files except the images (you cannot keep your current ones) so be sure you take a copy of your current colour settings or description settings and then paste them into the new files.
