Detailed Directions

From Halifax (2 hours):

• Highway 102 to Exit 14A

• Turn right and follow for 3.7 km

• Turn left at flashing lights and follow 311 North to Tatamagouche (50 km)

• As you approach the Village of Tatamagouche, stay to the left and travel through on Main Street

• As you leave Tatamagouche, you’ll cross a concrete bridge

• At the top of the hill just after the bridge, turn right onto Rocklyn Road

• At the stop sign, turn right and you’ll be here!

From New Glasgow (1 hour):

• Highway 104 to Exit 22 to Harvey Venoit Causeway

• At the traffic circle, exit to the Sunrise Trail Highway 6

• Stay on the Sunrise Trail Highway 6 to Tatamagouche

• Cross the concrete bridge and at the top of the hill turn right onto Rocklyn Road

• At the stop sign, turn right and you’ll be here!

From New Brunswick (2 hours):

• Highway 104 to Exit 3 (Amherst)

• Highway 6, through Amherst, and continue on through Pugwash and Wallace

• Pass the Tim Horton’s Camp on your left

• At the top of the next hill, turn left onto Rocklyn Road

• At the stop sign, turn right and you’ll be here!

Ridesharing

If you are coming to the Tatamagouche Centre and need a ride or can offer to share a ride please contact us via phone 902-657-2231 or email. We will contact all participants via email and spread the word about possible carpooling.

If you are flying in, you can look for deals to either Halifax Stanfield International Airport or the Greater Moncton International Airport. The drive is about two hours from either airport to Tatamagouche.

If you are landing in Halifax you can take the Maritime Bus to Truro. A cab from Truro is about $70 to Tatamagouche, sorry no public transit available. Layton’s Taxi in Truro 1-902-895-4471 is an option. Maybe we can find a carpool opportunity from the airport to the Centre, too!
