As you navigate the surrogate pregnancy process, we’ll be there to guide you through each step. Our goal is to be sure each one of our surrogates can look back on their journey and feel great about it for the rest of their lives.

Surrogate Program

If you’re interested in becoming a surrogate, our team at Family Creations will walk you through the application and interview process. Through these stages, we’ll provide you with plenty of details so that you will know everything you can expect to experience as a surrogate.
Once you are accepted into our surrogate program, we’ll work with you to match you with the perfect intended parent. We will facilitate a match meeting so everyone can get to know each other before signing any agreements. Once your match is official, you will be assigned a case manager who will guide you through your surrogate journey from match to pregnancy to birth and beyond. With Family Creations, you’ll enjoy full support throughout every step of your surrogate pregnancy.

To become a surrogate with Family Creations, you must be within the age range of 21 to 39. We are proud to welcome surrogates from an extensive list of states where surrogacy is either legally recognized, surrogacy-friendly, or surrogacy-accommodating.
